SERBIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS VISA C (SHORT STAY - up to 90 days)

SERBIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS VISA C (SHORT STAY - up to 90 days)
The following documents are required for a Serbian visa:
- completed ATTACHED application form  visaform.doc

- passport AND clear copy of passport
- 1 photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
- copy of return ticket (or reservation)
- proof of finance (± 50EUR available per day) - IF IN INVITATION LETTER IS BEING SAID THAT WHO INVITE YOU WILL PAY FOR ALL THE COST, YOU DON'T NEED THIS PROOF OF FINANCE, BUT IF YOU CAN PROVIDE IT WILL HELP
- proof of accommodation OR invitation letter from Serbia certified with Notary. The invitation letter needs to contain the name address and contact details of the person inviting, your full name and passport number and the dates of the visit.Invitation letter – not older than 6 months.  If the visa requirement relates to a tourist trip, the proof is required as voucher or hotel reservation. If the visa requirement relates to transit through the territory of the Republic of Serbia, a visa is required from the country entered after the transit through the Republic of Serbia. If a visa is not required for that country, another proof of entry or stay in that country is required.
- For a business visa, an invitation letter from the company in Serbia is needed, as well as a letter from the company represented in your country confirming the trip
- Travel health insurance for the period of stay in Serbia.
Minors require unabridged birth certificate and parent/parents consent
- K 1700.00 (ZWM)
Visa application fee is non-refundable.
The process takes minimum 3 weeks.
Consular hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 - 14:00 but, please, call first to arrange a meeting
Travel to Serbia
Before travelling to the Republic of Serbia, please read here general entry requirements.
Citizens of the Republic of Zambia traveling to the Republic of Serbia need visas.
All holders of Zambian travel documents for aliens or refugees require an entry visa for the Republic of Serbia.
If you do not possess an Zambian passport, please check here whether you need a visa.
For a stay exceeding 90 days, a request for temporary stay must be submitted in the Republic of Serbia. More information here.
Visas can be requested by submitting an application to the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia.

TYPES OF VISAS
1) Short Stay Visa (Visa C)
2) Transit Visa (Visa B)

VISA C (Short stay in Serbia up to 90 days):
Short-stay visas are mainly issued for tourism, business as well as other travelling needs including a single, double or multiple entries into the Republic of Serbia.
The duration of an uninterrupted stay, and/or the total duration of successive visits of a alien with a short-stay visa shall not exceed 90 days within a period of six months which began on the day of the first entry.
A short-stay visa with the multiple entry option is issued with the validity of up to one year; however, it may also be issued for a longer term if it is related to the staff of a foreign diplomatic mission or a consular office as is stated by applied principle of reciprocity. (Article 18 of the Law on Aliens)
VISA C REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid passport (passport must be valid at least 90 days from issue date of visa)
• Photo (Size 3,5 x 4,5 cm)
• Completed visa application form
• for a tourist visit - a proof of payment for the trip issued by a travel agency (voucher or other type of payment receipt)
• Proof of stay in Zambia - stay permit, visa (if you are not residing in your native country)
• Return ticket or Itinerary (copy of International Driving License, Title and  Insurance if you travel by car)
• Proof of sufficient funds for staying in Serbia
• Health insurance
